Domaine Gille

	Cote de Nuit Village Chardonnay: The wine is crisp and elegant, with peach and white fleshed fruit flavors and aromas offset by toasty notes set in a structure of medium body. The texture is fine, delicate and balanced on the palate, finishing on a note of fresh acidity.
	Cote de Nuit Village Pinot Noir: Good deep red. Very ripe but reticent aromas of black- and redcurrant, licorice and smoky oak. Sweet and supple, but quite backward, with rich, chewy but youthfully closed redcurrant and nutty oak flavors. The fine tannins saturate the front teeth. Shows an almost Bordeaux-like structure.
